Charity foundation’s AGM on 15th March 2020…
As the Corona virus has been transmitting widely across the globe mainly due to the human interactions, movements & gathering etc, British Malayali Charity Foundation has decided not to hold the scheduled AGM on 15th March 2020 by meeting in a hall inorder to help to check the spread of the disease by all possible means as a responsible organisation. It has decided to arrange the same through video conference or something like that with available members to present the report/accounts up until 15th March 2020.
In the meantime, the trustees has decided to hold an AGM on 6th June 2020 to elect new trustees, office bearers & executive committee. The time and venue will be informed later.
