Charity completes skydiving event in five phases; Collected fund reaches to £45 Ks…

The  skydiving event,  which wascancelled earlier due to the adverse weather conditions has completed by 20^th October with the participation of 31 people in different airfields of U K. The original event was scheduled to be held on Saturday the 28^th September 2019 at Netheravon airfield, Salisbury.

However, 14 skydivers undertook their challenge at North London Skydiving agency in Cambridgeshire on 2^nd& 5^th of October and 16 people at Netheravon, Salisbury on 19^th and 20^th October. One person managed to his jumping at Perthshire in Scotland.

A total of 36 benevolent people had registered to participate in the skydiving programme organised by the charity and had also set up fundraising platform to raise funds for noble causes.

A total of £ 44,594.00 including the gift aid was raised by all skydivers together and the remaining 5 people will be completing their mission at a later stage.

The main beneficiaries are the student nurses in India, who struggle to continue their studies due to the financial difficulties of their families. A small fund of £ 599.00 handed over to Swindon and Wilts Deaf Childrens’ Society as a token of appreciation towards local charities.
