BMCF holds Annual General Meeting via online on 16th Dec2023
The trustees have decided to hold an AGM on Saturday 16th Dec 2023 at 3 pm via zoom online platform instead of meeting in person as decided earlier.The details including the necessary password and other credentials will be sent to the members participating accordingly after confirmation. As per the constitution and guidelines of the foundation, only members are eligible to attend AGM with the prior permission. The scheduled agenda of the AGM is to hold annual election of trustees and presentation of accounts/working report. Any members, who would like to bring in points to be included into the agenda may be done by so with the prior approval of the Chairman.
