British Malayali Charity Foundation has concluded one of its most important appeal with an overwhelming amount of £ 23,000.00. When an amount of £ 17,787.00 received through kindlink platform, an amount of £ 1,225.00 received directly into the bank account. HMRC gift aid received in the tune of £ 3,800.00 and trustees decided to use £188.00 from general fund to make the round figure to £ 23,000.00. The fund will be handed over to Mr. GopinathMuthukuad shortly at Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, India.
Abbymon Appeal:
This is an emergency appeal on behalf of Abbymon, aged 40 originally from Aluva, Kerala. For the past 11 months Abbymon and his family living in Croydon. Couple works as senior care assistants. They have two young childern. He had lost both of his kidnies due to denky fever few years back. His father kindly donated one of his kidny at that time but that too is now being rejected. He is at a stage where he has to have another kidny within few months otherwise it is a matter of life and death. They were only recovering from the huge costs associated with the first transplant and came to UK to make life better, but unfortunately he is not in a position to work and earn. Abbymon and family are seeking kind and generous help from all of you for the surgery and after treatment costs associated with the now necessary kidny transplant. We hope and pray that he may get a matching donor and everything goes well for him and family. BMCF humbly requests our donors your generous donation for this family at their time of need.
