Easter/Vishu Appeal 2017: Collected fund of £ 9000.00 hand overs to beneficiaries at Thiruvananthapuram.
total of £ 9000.00 were handed over to 6 beneficiaries in relation to the the charity’s ‘Easter/Vishu Appeal 2017’ in a brief ceremony organised at Jagathy Mudippura Temple Auditorium on 9th May 2017. Kerala Legislative Assembly opposition leader Mr. Ramesh Chennithala and Aruvikkara M.L.A Mr. Shabarinath were present at the function arranged by Rajeswary Foundation, one of the beneficiaries of the above appeal. The major chunk of the appeal amount i.e. £ 2750.00 given to 18 year Ananthu, who lost his both limbs in a motorbike accident last year and this amount will be using for prosthetic legs.
Other beneficiaries of this appeal have received £ 1250.00 each . Rajeswary Foundation, founded by Mr. Vajayakumar Nair in memory of his late wife, Aleena Johny from Koratty, Thrissur, Lever patient Dolly from Thiruvananthapuram, Jolly Joseph from Thrikkakkara, Kochi, Kidney patient \manumon from Kollam are the recipients of this amount.
